The shop, in short

We do the unglamorous work that keeps good shoes going: resoles, recrafts, restitching, edge dressing, full restorations. The boring stuff done well.

Our process is simple. You send us photos and notes. A craftsman looks them over and writes back with an honest estimate — including when the answer is “don’t bother.” If you like the quote, you ship the shoes (or drop them off) and we get to work. We don’t charge anything until you’ve approved the quote.

Most jobs take two to four weeks once we have the shoes, but we’ll tell you up front for yours.
